The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries, which made our stay much smoother. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it remarkably well! The house was just as described in the listing. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven not functioning; however, the host arrived promptly to assess the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop was operational, so it didn't pose too much of an issue for us since we were primarily in town for a wedding. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras provided by the host, which were a pleasant surprise. A big thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We will certainly look for other properties managed by them in the future.
I would rate the host a perfect five stars based on their exceptional service, but the property itself had a few minor issues. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that needed repair, which the host promptly addressed. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels provided weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.

The location was ideal, situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the spacious layout which accommodated multiple families well. While the pool was refreshing, the heater was out of order, so we opted for the hot tub instead, which was quite enjoyable. The guest studios near the pool provided a nice touch of privacy, though they were on the smaller side. Being an older property, there were a few signs of wear, so keep that in mind. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer had some issues; the freezer wasn't very cold, leading us to lose some ice and food. We also found the stairs a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it may not be suitable for those who have mobility concerns. Additionally, there is no bath or shower available on that level. Overall, given the price and splitting costs among families, it was a fair deal for the area.
