Positioned within city limits, it offers modern comfort in a prime location. The cozy bedroom features a queen bed perfect for two, alongside a twin bed for an additional guest. For those traveling in larger groups, we can accommodate up to four more guests with a comfortable sofa bed and an air mattress, available for a nominal fee of $25.00 per night for each extra guest. This lovely house is not only beautiful but also impeccably clean and inviting. Enjoy shared access to a fully-equipped kitchen, a welcoming living room, and delightful dining areas, making it ideal for relaxation and socializing.

The studio itself is beautifully decorated and equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay. Our stay at this Airbnb was simply outstanding! We spent a month here and relished every moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport (without any of the usual noise), a quick 2-minute stroll to plenty of shops and eateries, and a mere 10-minute ride to the beach. We particularly loved being a 15-minute walk from Clemantis, where we discovered fabulous restaurants and the best farmer's market every Saturday. You can truly enjoy the area without needing a car! The owner was a fantastic host, ensuring everything was seamless. Whenever we encountered an issue, they promptly arranged for someone to assist us, and the problem was resolved right away. The Airbnb was cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities we required. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to make it easy for us. With several listings, the owner is incredibly reliable and responsible. We highly recommend this place and the owner's other properties to everyone!
