This vacation rental is simply fantastic! We spent a month here and relished every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive to the airport (yet so peaceful), a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it's only a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts wonderful dining options and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without a car. The host was outstanding and made our stay effortless. Whenever we needed assistance, they promptly arranged for help, and any issues were resolved right away. This rental was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all we needed. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool was an excellent place to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. With multiple listings available, we found the host to be very reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our work trip turned into a delightful stay at this property. The spacious rooms were well-equipped and offered incredibly comfortable beds. The two cottage rooms in the back provided just the right amount of privacy with their own bathrooms, which was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by lush trees, although we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean. The soft sounds of the waterfall made for a relaxing ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even took a pleasant stroll to Publix in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, filled with a variety of dining and nightlife options, plus easy access to the beach. The host was extremely attentive and quick to respond to our queries. We would love to return if there's availability in the future.
