The location is very convenient for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. The bathroom also showcases thoughtful renovations, including a dimmable light switch. Ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area help maintain a comfortable temperature along with the effective air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with ample storage solutions. You'll appreciate the shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that is also available for rental if you need extra space. The property manager was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues promptly and courteously. Overall, this rental met all our expectations, and I would not hesitate to book again.

Our work trip brought us to this wonderful rental, and we were thoroughly impressed. The accommodations offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for extra privacy, each having its own bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by lush trees. While we had to use the provided nets to keep it clear, we still made the most of the lovely weather for a refreshing swim. The soothing sounds of the waterfall by the pool were a delightful bonus at night. The neighborhood was quiet and felt secure, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix a joy. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where numerous dining and entertainment options await, not to mention the beach. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would absolutely consider returning in the future if the property is available.

The location of this rental is quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes on foot or about 5 minutes by car. The room is quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. I also noticed that the shower facilities were not working during my stay, and there was no kitchen setup available. Given the price, which is quite steep for the amenities offered, I was disappointed. Thankfully, the host provided a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but the rate of over $300 feels excessive for this space. I hope future guests see improvements in pricing and amenities.

It's conveniently located within walking distance to everything you could wish for—just a 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furniture, like the couch, showed some signs of wear, the breathtaking view from the window made us forget any little imperfections instantly.
