Entire rental unit. Charming 3-Bedroom Retreat in Little Gables, Miami

I had to make a spontaneous business trip to West Palm for a month and this place served as the perfect home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and reached out to me as soon as I arrived at the airport. Although the building is quite expansive, the host provided a thorough tour which made it easy to settle in. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, fully functional, and spotlessly clean.

The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the entire experience a pleasure. The property itself was very cozy, featuring two en suite bedrooms which were perfect for our group, along with a spacious living area. It was peaceful and provided a great atmosphere for relaxation and restful nights.

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to enjoy a meal before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take a bit longer. After multiple inquiries, we finally got access at 7:45 pm. To our surprise, the downstairs bathroom had a leak, and there were workers tiling the floor, making noise until around 9:30 pm. They had also left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen, which was quite unappealing. Unfortunately, there was no attempt from the host to apologize or rectify the situation. When I inquired about a partial refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, I was told that the host would have to consult with the owners, but I never received a follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing overall, and I would think twice before booking here again.
