The location couldn't be better! However, the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed the carpets could really use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture is in need of repair with peeling upholstery. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and found it to be a comfy spot in a fantastic area, though it does have its imperfections.
The host was incredibly attentive and addressed all of our inquiries promptly, making our stay much easier. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small task, and the communication was top-notch throughout our visit. The property's description matched up perfectly with what we experienced. Unfortunately, the oven was out of commission, but the host was quick to check it and confirmed the stovetop was functioning well. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to whip up large meals anyway. We truly appreciated the little extras provided by the host, which were a delightful surprise. A big thank you for everything! We will certainly look for more properties managed by them in the future.

We had a fabulous time celebrating my sister's bachelorette party at this property! It was spacious enough for our group of 13, with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms that accommodated us all comfortably. The two guest houses allowed everyone to have their own space while remaining close together. The outdoor area was beautiful and provided excellent opportunities for pictures. Plus, the location was fantastic—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for large gatherings!

The owner was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Despite our flight being delayed, they ensured they were there to welcome us and give us a quick tour of the house. We truly appreciate all the help!
The location was fantastic, situated in a safe and welcoming neighborhood, making it perfect for our multi-family getaway. We appreciated the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of service. The water was quite chilly, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice sense of privacy when needed. Being an older property, there are some signs of wear, so just be prepared for that. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly— the freezer barely got cold enough to keep ice from melting. The stairs can be a bit steep, and keep in mind that there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor of the main house, which might be challenging for those with mobility concerns, especially since there’s no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially for larger groups sharing the cost.
