This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It offers a cozy atmosphere, making it ideal for solo travelers, couples, or even friends looking to share a space (the bed can easily be configured as either twins or a king). The location is perfect, with plenty of attractions nearby. The updated kitchen features a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops, while the bathroom has seen renovations and includes thoughtful extras like a dimmer light. Both the bedroom and living room benefit from ceiling fans in addition to the very effective air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with a comprehensive rack and bar system for easy storage. Guests also have access to a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is convenient since the main house is also available for rent if you need additional space. The host was prompt in their responses and handled a couple of minor concerns with great professionalism. Overall, this property met all our requirements, and I would happily book with this host again.
