Entire rental unit. Charming Apartment with New Private Terrace in the Heart of Gramercy

We spent a fantastic weekend with a group of 11 for a bachelorette celebration. The house was spotless and looked just like the photos. It was a quick Uber ride to all the bars and eateries we had on our list! The host was incredibly responsive and offered great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot!

Our work trip turned out to be fantastic thanks to our stay here! The property offered ample space, and the beds were exceptionally plush and tidy. The two cottage rooms at the back provided a great opportunity for everyone to have their own privacy along with bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by lush trees. We did need to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we managed to enjoy refreshing swims whenever the weather allowed. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool at night created a calming atmosphere. The surrounding neighborhood was very serene, making it feel secure. We even took pleasant evening strolls to the local Publix. It’s conveniently located near Clematis St and City Place, where there’s no shortage of bars, restaurants, and beach access. The host was very attentive and quick to assist when we had inquiries. We would love to come back if the chance arises!

The owner was exceptional throughout our stay. They were quick to respond to our questions and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
