The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room itself felt a bit cramped, with just a double bed, a small sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available at all. Considering the price point, I felt it was quite unreasonable given the facilities and location. I'm grateful that the cancellation policy allowed for a full refund, but at over $300, I expected much more from the space. I hope the owner can improve pricing and equip the property with better amenities in the future.
