This guesthouse is a fantastic option amidst the pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's warm and inviting, making it ideal for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions of WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops. The bathroom has also seen renovations and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area for added comfort, along with reliable air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with racks and bars, offering plenty of storage space. You also have shared access to a washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is convenient since the main house is available for larger groups. The host was very responsive and addressed a couple of minor concerns effectively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely book with this host again.

I visited with a group of 11 friends for a bachelorette getaway, and the house was just what we needed. It was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. We could easily catch an Uber to any of the bars or restaurants in the area! The host was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. A fantastic choice for a group trip!

A spacious place perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. We did encounter a few minor problems, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some cracks in the main floor, but overall it matched the description and we didn't face any significant issues. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our work trip at this property exceeded our expectations. The layout was spacious, and the beds were both cozy and pristine. We particularly appreciated the two cottage rooms out back, allowing everyone their own private bathrooms, which was a great convenience. We enjoyed the pool area, although it required some minor upkeep with the nets due to the surrounding trees; however, we didn’t mind as it was lovely to swim on warmer days. The gentle sound of the waterfall was a charming addition during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and offered a secure atmosphere. We even strolled over to Publix for some groceries one night. Its location near Clematis St and City Place meant we had easy access to a variety of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We would certainly return if it’s available in the future.

A quick 2-minute stroll will take you to a variety of shops and dining options, and the beach is only about a 10-minute drive away. Additionally, a pleasant 15-minute walk brings you to Clemantis, where you'll find amazing restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a vehicle to enjoy the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything so seamless. Whenever we had a small issue, they arranged for someone to come over and resolve it swiftly. The apartment itself is cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was an awesome spot to relax. When we mistakenly confused our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted without stress. With multiple properties available, the host is genuinely reliable and conscientious. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other listings to everyone looking for a great getaway.
