The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries. With a group of 16, I can only imagine how challenging it can be to meet everyone's expectations! The communication was fantastic, which is crucial for a smooth Airbnb experience. The property's description was spot on. Unfortunately, the oven wasn't functional, but the host promptly checked it and confirmed the issue. Thankfully, the stovetop worked well for our needs, especially since we were primarily there for a wedding and not cooking elaborate meals. We truly valued the interactions with the host and appreciated the few thoughtful touches they provided, which were unexpected bonuses. A huge thank you! We will certainly consider properties managed by them in the future.

We had a fantastic work trip here! The space was more than sufficient, with comfortable, spotless beds in every room. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone their own private facilities. We really enjoyed the pool area, although we did need to use the nets to keep it clean due to the surrounding trees—it was worth it for a refreshing swim when the sun was out! The soothing sounds from the pool's waterfall made for a relaxing atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave off a sense of security, which made an evening stroll to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Proximity to Clematis St and City Place was a big plus with lots of dining and nightlife options, as well as a quick trip to the beach. The property manager was incredibly attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. We hope to return again soon if the place is available!

What an AMAZING last-minute getaway we had! This apartment is exactly what we needed, complete with parking and a fantastic host. It's conveniently located within walking distance of everything – just a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. Sure, some areas show signs of use, like the couch, but once you open the sliding glass door to enjoy the view, those little imperfections become completely insignificant.
