It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or friends, as the bed can easily be configured as either twins or a king. The location is very convenient for exploring all that WPB has to offer. The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, and modern countertops. The bathroom has also been nicely renovated with thoughtful details like a dimmer light feature. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, along with efficient air conditioning, staying cool is a breeze. The closet space is well-designed with ample racks and rods for storage. You'll appreciate having shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is available alongside the main house that is also a rental if you need extra space. The property manager was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a few minor issues gracefully. All things considered, this property met our expectations, and we would happily book with them again.

In just a couple of minutes, we could reach Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the window makes you quickly forget about those minor details.
I would give the host a full five stars based on their exceptional hospitality and responsiveness. However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that detracted from the overall experience. One of the bathrooms had a broken faucet, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. The towels also left something to be desired and should be updated for future guests.
