We had the pleasure of staying at this delightful Airbnb for three weeks and truly enjoyed our experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It was our first visit to West Palm, and we couldn't have picked a better spot. Everything we needed was just a short drive away, and some places were even within walking distance from the Airbnb. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This charming rental is a century-old home with a stunning pool and cabana area in the backyard, perfect for relaxation. The two additional 'casitas' are also great for accommodating larger groups. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. While a new washer/dryer and upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, we found this property to be a wonderful choice for large groups seeking a prime location in West Palm.

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a minor note, the apartment had a slightly different look compared to the photos, but it was nothing significant.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm and expected to check in at 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00 pm, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we inquired again and still received no response. At 7:02 pm, we reached out for yet another update, and were told they would keep us posted. We didn't get access to the property until about 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were in the property tiling the floor, cutting tiles until around 9:30 pm. They left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen area for the duration of our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I even asked about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and the inconveniences but was told they'd have to consult the owners, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend renting from them.

It was a quick Uber ride to all the local bars and eateries we wanted to check out! The host was incredibly responsive and assisted us with anything we needed. Highly recommend this spot!
