We arrived around 1:00 PM and were eager to settle in and grab some lunch before our check-in time at 4:00 PM. However, when we returned at 4:00, we learned that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After several follow-ups, we finally got in at about 7:45 PM. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor, making quite a bit of noise until 9:30 PM. Additionally, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen throughout our stay, which felt quite unprofessional. We didn't receive any apology or resolution for the inconvenience. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, but the host said they would need to consult the owners and I never heard back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I would reconsider renting from this place in the future.

We had a fantastic time at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! The layout was perfect for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms that ensured everyone had their own space. The two guest houses really helped us balance our time together while allowing for some privacy. The outdoor area was breathtaking and offered great spots for memorable pictures. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and accommodating throughout our visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

The location of this property is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building is a bit dated. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I did notice that the carpets could use a deep clean, and some of the furniture, especially the leather chairs, are showing signs of wear. Overall, I enjoyed my time here—it's a cozy spot in a great area, though there are definitely some things that could be improved.

I would give the host five stars purely for their exceptional service, but there were a few issues with the unit that need addressing. A faucet in the bathroom was broken, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could have been better. The towels also left something to be desired and should definitely be updated.
