Entire rental unit. Stunning Prime Location in the Heart of Brickell

This spacious place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. While there were a few minor problems (the hot tub could definitely use a good clean and we noticed some cracks in the main floor), everything else matched the description. Overall, we had a great time and would consider booking it again.

We arrived on a flight that got in around 1:00 pm, so we anticipated grabbing some lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would be a while longer. By 5:49 pm, we hadn't heard anything, so we reached out for an update. Still no response. It wasn't until 7:02 pm that we received any communication, and we were told we would be updated soon. Finally, we were allowed in at approximately 7:45 pm, only to find a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. The noise continued until about 9:30 pm, and to our surprise, they left a toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen during our entire stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a refund for the late check-in and the issues we encountered, I was told the host would need to consult the owners, but I never heard back. It was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.

The property was fantastic! I felt very at home and the location couldn't be better. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were impressive. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I'd definitely return. Just a small note – the space looked a bit different from the photos, but it was still a wonderful stay overall.

My colleagues and I had a fantastic stay here for our work trip. The property offered ample room for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and well-kept. The two cottage rooms in the back provided great additional space and private bathrooms, which we appreciated. The pool area was a lovely bonus; it was surrounded by trees, so we had to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we still enjoyed swimming when the weather was pleasant. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night was quite soothing, too. The neighborhood was peaceful and made us feel secure. We even took a nice evening stroll to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, filled with lots of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to assist with any questions we had. We would definitely choose to stay here again if it's available in the future.

We had the perfect getaway for my sister’s bachelorette celebration! This property was ideal for our group of 13, offering ample bedrooms and bathrooms so everyone had their own space. The two guest houses allowed for some privacy while keeping us all together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and provided fantastic spots for photos. Plus, the location was unbeatable, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was always quick to respond and very accommodating during our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
