Entire rental unit. Chic and Well-Stocked 1-Bedroom Retreat in the Heart of Miami

Our stay was incredible! I can't recommend this place enough!

Fantastic rental in a prime location! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. While there are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, we were generally very pleased with our extended visit. The property is conveniently situated, offers excellent parking, and features a gym along with a large swimming pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.

The host was incredible, always available and quick to address any inquiries I had. They were especially helpful when it came to arranging last-minute accommodation for those attending the conference, showing great flexibility to meet everyone’s needs. The studio was beautifully furnished and included all the essentials for a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed having access to the swimming pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days. I will definitely be returning!

We arrived in town and our flight touched down at around 1:00 PM. We planned to grab something to eat and check into the property at 4:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take a bit longer. After inquiring at 5:49 PM, we received no response, and at 7:02 PM, we reached out again for an update, only to be told they were still waiting. Finally, we were allowed to check in around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy laying tiles. The noise continued until about 9:30 PM, and they left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. We didn't receive any form of apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and all the inconveniences but was told that the owner would need to be contacted, and I never heard back. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating and I wouldn't recommend renting from them again.
