We had an incredibly enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment. It was a last-minute booking that turned out to be the perfect choice! The convenience of having parking was a major plus, and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Everything you could possibly need is just a short stroll away—Starbucks is only a couple of minutes away, along with shops and live music venues. While some furnishings, like the couch, showed signs of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind!
The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just a 5-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side, accommodating only a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was out of order and the kitchen was not equipped. Given the distance and the limited amenities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 for this space felt unreasonable. I hope the pricing becomes more sensible and that additional amenities are provided in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite large and comfortable, perfect for our extended stay. There are a few minor tweaks that could enhance the experience, but overall, we were very pleased. The location is fantastic, with easy parking available. The gym facilities were useful, and the expansive swimming pool offered breathtaking sunsets each evening.
We arrived after our flight around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab a quick bite and check in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned at the designated time, we were informed by the host that the cleaning team was still there, and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we reached out again but didn’t receive a response. Finally, at around 7:02 pm, we inquired again and were told they would keep us posted. We didn’t get access until nearly 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until about 9:30 pm, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the host or any attempt to make amends. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience of the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but I was informed that they needed to consult with the owners and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable experience. Access to the swimming pool was a delightful bonus, perfect for relaxing my tired legs after long days. I would definitely return!

We spent three delightful weeks at this Airbnb and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better. As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice of neighborhood. Most attractions were within a quick five-minute drive, and we even found some spots easily accessible by foot. The area felt very safe and was pleasantly quiet. The property itself is a charming century-old home. We loved the pool and cabana in the backyard, and the two additional casitas were great for accommodating our larger group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. While a new washer/dryer and improved pillows would elevate the stay even further, overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
