This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey area of West Palm Beach. It offers a cozy atmosphere that's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends, with the flexibility of a king-size bed or twin beds. The location is spot-on, making it easy to access various attractions in WPB. The recently updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a stove, refrigerator, and stylish countertops. The bathroom has been nicely renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. I appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, alongside the excellent air conditioning which kept us comfortable during our stay. The closet is impressively organized, providing ample space for our belongings. Plus, having access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking shared with the main house, was very convenient. The host was great—always quick to respond and handled any minor concerns professionally. Overall, we had a satisfying experience and would definitely consider renting again in the future.

Great location in the heart of the city, but the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The carpets could definitely use a good cleaning, and some of the furniture is starting to show wear and tear, with a few pieces having peeling upholstery. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience—it's a cozy spot in a fantastic area, though it could use some updates.
