I would rate the host a full five stars without hesitation, as they were incredibly accommodating. However, the property did have a few issues that were out of the host's control. There was a faucet that needed attention in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly took care of it. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't in the best condition. The property manager should consider upgrading them for future guests.

This rental is simply outstanding! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with no noise disturbance. It's also a quick 2-minute stroll to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, and only a 10-minute drive to the nearest beach. Plus, it's a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which features fantastic eateries and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You won't need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The property manager is top-notch and made our stay effortless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they responded promptly and resolved it right away. The space was cozy, roomy, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings and a reputation for reliability, we wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay for our work trip! The house offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided excellent additional space with their own bathrooms, which was a big plus. The pool area was a delightful bonus; while we did have to use the nets to clear some leaves from the trees nearby, we enjoyed swimming when the weather permitted. The sound of the waterfall added a nice, tranquil touch during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of safety. We even enjoyed a leisurely walk to the local Publix in the evenings. It's conveniently located just a short walk from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. The host was very quick to respond to our inquiries, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would love to return if the property is available again!

The host was incredibly quick to respond to all our inquiries and requests. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it like a pro! Communication is key when staying at an Airbnb, and the host excelled at this. The property description was spot-on, with one exception: the oven was unfortunately out of order. The host came by promptly to check it out, confirming it was broken, but we managed just fine with the stovetop since we weren't planning on big meals during our stay for a wedding. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated the thoughtful touches they provided that were unexpected. A huge thank you to the host! We will certainly consider booking properties they manage in the future.

We arrived at around 1:00 pm and planned to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned at the scheduled time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer. After multiple inquiries, we finally got access to the property at approximately 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still tiling the floor. They were cutting tile until nearly 9:30 pm, which made it quite disruptive. To our surprise, there was also a plunger, used toilet, and sink left in the kitchen during our stay. We did not receive any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a partial refund for the delays and the inconvenience, but I was told that the owner would need to be consulted and never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

We spent three delightful weeks at this Airbnb and truly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm, we were thrilled with our choice of area. Everything we wanted to see was within a five-minute drive, and many places were just a short stroll away from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given its proximity to all the action. The property itself is a charming century-old home. We loved the pool and the cabana area in the back, and the two 'casitas' were fantastic for accommodating our larger group. The owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The washer/dryer could use an upgrade, and the pillows could be improved, but overall, this is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy West Palm with a big group.
