Our work trip here was fantastic! The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided just the right amount of privacy, each with its own bathroom. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, though we did have to use the nets supplied to keep it clean. Regardless, we enjoyed refreshing swims when the sun was shining. The soothing sound of the waterfall at the pool added a nice ambiance during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. This place is conveniently located right by Clematis St and City Place, making it easy to explore numerous bars, restaurants, and the beach. The owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We will certainly consider returning if the property is available in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the otherwise pricey area of West Palm Beach. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as two twins or one king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been nicely updated with a stove, refrigerator, and stylish countertops. The bathroom has seen recent renovations as well, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area to complement the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized and offers plenty of storage space. Plus, there’s shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking. I appreciated that the property manager was quick to respond and addressed a couple of minor concerns swiftly. Overall, this place met all our needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This property was fantastic for gathering my family all in one place. I wholeheartedly recommend it, just double-check that the pool has been cleaned before you arrive. We were looking forward to enjoying a day in the backyard with the grill, but unfortunately, the pool needed some maintenance and had turned green. Thankfully, the issue has been taken care of by the pool service. The owner was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Truly a wonderful experience!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this gem! It was a last-minute booking, and we couldn’t have been happier. The apartment features convenient parking and the host was incredibly welcoming. It’s ideally located within easy walking distance to everything from Starbucks to shops and live music venues. While the couch shows a bit of wear, the stunning views from the windows make you forget about those small imperfections. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great getaway!
