The property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk or just a 5-minute drive, which was inconvenient for my plans. The room itself was on the small side, only equipped with a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. I encountered issues with the shower, which was out of order, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the location and the facilities, the price seemed excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but I still feel that over $300 is too high for what was offered. I hope the owner considers adjusting the pricing and improving the amenities in the future.

The property was quite a distance from the convention center as per the map (it took us over 30 minutes to walk there, and about 5 minutes by car). The room felt a bit cramped with just a bed for two, a small sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and the kitchen facilities were lacking. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. I'm grateful for Airbnb's policy allowing a 100% refund, but paying over $300 for this space and its features seems unreasonable. I hope the owner can reconsider the pricing and enhance the amenities in the future.
