Beautiful 3-bedroom (master bedroom with 2 Queen Beds), 2-bathroom single family home with a private pool. Fully fenced in back & front yard. Lush tropical landscaping. Located ideally in the neighborhood of Little River/ Little Haiti, 10 mins from MIA airport, 15 mins from sandy beaches of Miami Beach.The rental price depends on the month with per month prices:$4,500 September/ October/ November$5,000 June/ July$6,000 January/ April/ May$6,500 December/ February/ MarchThe rental price includes the maintenance of the lawn (grass will be cut twice a month) and pool maintenance (once a week normally Tuesday morning). Water bill is also included as well as electricity bill up to $300 a month, overage will be charge to tenants. Current WIFI plan is also included in rent, if a better plan is wanted, it would be at an extra cost.
