It has its own separate entrance and amenities including washer and dryer and everything you need to be very comfortable during your stay . It is recently remodeled and rented over the past year for the first time. It has plenty of windows so very light and airy inside! Awesome bathroom w/marble and tile walk in shower! Full size bed and gel mattress. The entrance opens into the expansive fenced backyard with foliage and a large mango tree. There is a shared back patio. We are open to allowing small dogs on a case by case basis &require a pet deposit . Dogs must be approved by landlord in advance. We do not allow cats due to allergies.
