Cute, older courtyard style 2-story complex with pool in the center. Unit is conveniently located on the first floor immediately inside the gate. Unit has two patios, and is a 2br/1.5bath apartment with a large kitchen; fully furnished and equipped. You will be sharing with a fun, mature professional female who travels a lot including for one month starting Xmas. The location in center Coconut Grove is unparalleled and rare!
50" smart TV.
FOR FEMALE: This unit offers a courtyard-style setup with a pool, and your own parking spot. You get the largest bedroom, and have the main bathroom to yourself most of the time, as I have a half-bath. The apartment is fully equipped, and the kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, microwave, espresso machine, and air fryer. The apartment has two patios. No pets please. You will have the apartment all to yourself for a month starting Christmas, otherwise sharing it with a fun, mature professional female :-)
