I have lived here since February 2025, however I have now relocated to Kansas City for work. I am providing the apartment furnished but I have a pretty minimalist style, so you are free to decorate, as long as nothing you do is permanent e.g. nails or screws. Apartment will come with a queen bed and mattress, black out curtains and blinds, two bedside tables and lamps, walk in wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave etc., an office desk with two monitors and an office chair, three kitchen counter stools, a three-seater couch, high speed internet, 55" 4K Smart TV and TV cabinet, robot cleaner, coffee table, lamp, rug and outdoor balcony furniture.The building has fantastic amenities. Included in your stay will be a well-equipped gym and outdoor workout area, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ area, rec room and co-working space, rooftop tanning area and social space.You are welcome to bring pets but these will need to be registered with management. Regular housekeeping is available for a fee.
