You can also access the backyard from a glass door in the office nook.The living room has a new vegan leather sofa, and a dining table that expands to seat up to six. The kitchen is bright and airy. The kitchen is older and has not been fully remodeled, but it's fully functional and has everything you need! There is central AC, wifi, smart TV, and a laundry room off the back. You will have full private access to the laundry room six days a week (Monday through Saturday). On Sundays, the other tenant, from the detached guest house in the back, uses the laundry room between 10:00am and 8:00pm on Sundays. Otherwise it's all yours.
