Very safe neighborhood; Walking distance to Metrorail, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove.This studio is behind the main house. You will have access to the laundry room right outside your front door, with beautiful GE washer & dryer. You have your own private entrance through the side gate. The studio was just remodeled and decorated last year.Safe and very convenient central location. Walking distance to Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, both with countless restaurants, bars and shops, and 0.5 miles from upscale Shops at Merrick Park, Trader Joes, Target, Milams, Walgreens, CVS, public transport and more. This is a quiet neighborhood, no gatherings allowed. This small studio is best for one person. Please note, all homes within one mile of the train (Metrorail) can hear the train when it passes. The train stops running overnight and is very sparse on weekends. It runs mostly during morning and evening rush hour. Unfortunately, you can hear the train even from nearby $3 million townhomes. When you are inside the unit, you can hear the train when it passes. It does not honk a horn, it just has a rumbling sound from the tracks when it passes. I have a nursing tenant on the other side of my property and she is very happy with the location and property and the train noise has not bothered her. We are near Coral Gables Hospital, University of Miami, Doctors, Nicklaus Childrens, Mercy, Baptist South Miami, Jackson and Kendall regional. Please reach out with any questions!
