This unit is 1,380 sq. ft. The bedroom for rent is spacious, fully furnished and newly painted. It has all new furniture, queen mattress (medium) and bed linens. The ceilings are 12' and the walk-in closet has extensive storage space. The bathroom is sizable with a shower and new bathroom linens/accessories. There is direct access to the balcony, which has an incredible view from the 44th floor with sunrise and sunset views. Laundry is in-unit and works well. I have almost any kitchen gadgets you might want and they are all fairly new (e.g., Nespresso, Ninja 7-in-1 Air Fryer/Cooker, Ninja Blender, SodaStream, etc.) I also have a Dyson portable vacuum, iRobot vacuum and steam mop. Please note smoking is allowed on balcony ONLY with the balcony sliding door closed. ABOUT THE BUILDING: Latitude on the River is a luxury building in the center of Brickell with valet parking. There is a gym with a cardio room, weight lifting room, and yoga room. All new gym equipment was installed last month. The pool is currently under construction and should be complete by the end of the year...but you know how that goes. I usually go to the pool in neighboring buildings on the weekend, and you'd be welcome to join for access. The building is right on the river...a 5 minute walk to Brickell City Center, 7 minute walk to Mary Brickell Village or 8 minute walk to the MetroMover. Publix is a 4 minute walk and Whole Foods is a 15 minute walk. Across the street from the Underline, which has a basketball court, soccer goal, track and bicycle path.You can easily get around Brickell and Downtown Miami using CitiBikes, scooters and the Metromover (a free, air-conditioned elevated train). It winds through Brickell where the shops at Brickell City Centre and Mary Brickell Village entice and heads north to attractions such as the waterfront green spaces at Maurice A. Ferr Park and Bayfront Park, and to the shops at Bayside Marketplace, where the nearly 200-foot-high Skyviews Miami Observation Wheel offers panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. This building is walking distance to the MetroRail train, which provides access to greater Miami. It is also in close proximity to the Tri-Rail and Brightline trains for long distance traveling!
