We live on the property in the front house. Your house is separate and located in the back of the property with your own dedicated entrance. We share the exterior space which includes outdoor kitchen, pool, outdoor dining and lounging areas. Our small dog also uses the outdoor property so please be mindful of that. Renting our 350 sq ft pool house studio (casita) for July or Aug 1 2025. On year commitment preferred with some flexibility. Can come furnished or unfurnished. Has dedicated private kitchen and bathroom along with shared outdoor space including pool and barbecue. Shared laundry in main house. Private entrance. Located near Vizcaya train station, Underline, and Alice Wainwright park. House itself is in the Roads neighborhood, nestled between Brickell and Coconut Grove. Contact us to set up a time to view. The Roads is halfway between Brickell and Coconut Grove. Residential and quiet it is just a quick walk, bike ride, train, bike from downtown Miami, Shenandoah, South Beach, Key Biscayne and more. Central and busting, the green luscious Roads neighborhood has it all even peacocks!
