My house is located in a nice, friendly middle-class neighborhood surrounded by trees and situated in a bird sanctuary area. It is very safe, peaceful, and quiet.The house is a solid brick home built in 1947, very well maintained, with hurricane-impact windows and doors, as well as a new roof. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom, and the room I am renting is the guest room. You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with two large windows overlooking the garden, bringing in plenty of natural light. The room also includes a nice-sized closet.The kitchen is comfortable and fully functional, with plenty of space for cooking and storage, and the dining room is conveniently located next to it. Please note that the dishwasher has been converted into a dish cabinet and is not available for use as a dishwasher. The bathroom is located in the hallway near the bedrooms.You will also be able to enjoy the outdoor patio and garden area, which features several comfortable seating areas for relaxing outdoors.There is a laundry room in the house, but it is not available for guests.I keep my home clean and organized, and I usually handle the regular cleaning and maintenance myself. In addition, a cleaning professional comes once a month for deep cleaning.
