🎥 The Exterior Courtyard and Parking Areas are under video/audio surveillance. Cameras are motion activated, and monitor only Exterior Spaces. Cameras are not pointed toward any interior areas.
🚗Guests with a Vehicle: A parking permit is required for Residential Zone 1. Upon Arrival- Please send a photo of your license plate to receive your virtual permit. ⚠️ Do not leave your car unattended, until your permit is confirmed. This pass does not cover metered parking, only Residential Zone 1. ***Vehicles without a valid permit are often towed in South Beach (fees ~$500), and guests are responsible for any charges.
