Fully furnished, unique beach-chic 2BR/2BA private condo experience 1 block from beach, Lincoln Road, swanky hotel restaurants, Miami Beach convention center and the Fillmore Theater. Unobstructed views of the Collins Ave's classic hotel promenade from the Loews on Lincoln to the 1 Hotel on 24th, with ocean views in between the buildings.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Master BR/BA:<br />The master bedroom is quite spacious. The master bath has a full walk in closet and a 2nd smaller closet. The master bath has a window for extra fresh air and steam control during hot showers. The shower head is extra powerful and includes a water softener/filter.<br />There is a dresser in the master BR and a flat screen TV. The master bed is a Queen and is covered with a mattress protector and an extra comfort pillow top.<br /><br />Living Room:<br />Flat screen TV. Couch, side chair, and side table in beach-chic style. A raised dining table near the windows allows for sunny views to the ocean through the buildings during breakfast and lunch, and a sparkle of the famous Collins Ave hotel promenade lights at night.<br /><br />Den/2BR:<br />The Den/2BR space accessed through two classic french doors and is uniquely shaped due to the one-of-a-kind octagon architectural shape of the building. It has a set of bay windows that look directly east towards to ocean. This room is great as an extra den/office/hang out room or guest bedroom.<br />There is a full private bathroom in the Den/2BR.<br /><br />Kitchen:<br />The kitchen is updated and has brand new Philips Hue fully dimmable and color adjustable under- and over-cabinet lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils, flatware, glasses, and cookware. There is a sink disposal for easy cooking clean up. There is plenty of cabinet and pantry space. There is a brand new microwave (Dec '21).<br /><br />PRIVATE REVIEW (Long-Term Tenant):<br />We began listing our property for month-to-month rental on Airbnb because our first tenant was a long-term tenant but vacated to take a job in another country. Each room was efficiently organized, offering ample space to rest, relax, and work. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances.<br />The location of the apartment was simply perfect. However, if you plan to stay in the South Beach area, walking, citi-biking, or Ubering is the easiest way to get around. Everything is close on South Beach. You can even use Uber to get across the bay to the Downtown Miami, Wynwood and Design District areas. Use a car to get to the Florida Keys or up to Ft. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach areas.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Local Tax:<br />There is a 4% local Miami Beach tax that Airbnb does NOT automatically collect that guests will see on their fee breakdown as a "Resort Fee" line item. <br /><br />Neighborhood:<br />This neighborhood of South Beach (the north-east end called Collins Park area) is a special local's nook. It's near the high-end hotels string of Collins and away from the Ocean Drive bustle that makes it feel safer and a bit more off the beaten path. But, still only 1.5 blocks from the beach and the amazing Miami Beach boardwalk that goes along the beach for miles in both directions. And easy access to Lincoln Road, Washington Ave, Collins Park (a gorgeous art-inspired park by the ocean), the Miami Beach Ballet, and famous hotels like: 1 Hotel, W Hotel, Delano, Ritz-Carlton, SLS, Shelborne, and of course the Setai.<br /><br />And if you want to catch one of the many concerts that The Fillmore Theater has to offer all year long and then walk home afterwards, it's one block south of the building.
