Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom single family home with a private heated pool, fully fenced in back & front yard. Located ideally in the neighborhood of Little River / Little Haiti in Miami, 10 min from MIA airport, 12 from the sandy beaches of Miami Beach. South Beach is 20 min away and Wynwood just 6 min. Booked guests are welcome to enjoy our backyard/ pool area. It’s perfect for bachelorette parties. For special events, photo & film shoots please inquire about pricing and release forms. You will have the whole house with your own private heated pool for yourself. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with two queen size beds. The house is very well equipped and comes with our Superhost touches. (Pack’n play and baby bath upon request). Beds are equipped with bed sheets and blanket and each guests has a full set of towels, bath, pool, hand and face cloth in addition to hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen. The sofa can transform to a queen size sofa bed (with extra mattress topper for more comfort) If you wish to have it set-up please advise upon booking. Request afterwards will have a set up fee of $45. We provide complimentary pool floaties like a giant Flamingo or Swan. We kindly ask not to break them, otherwise, there will be a $30 charge for the large ones and $15 for the small floats. Pool Heating Policy & Pricing We’re delighted to offer a heated pool for your comfort! Here’s how our pool heating works: • Standard Heating (Up to 85°F): Included in your stay at no extra charge. We aim to keep the pool at a comfortable 83-85°F whenever possible, weather permitting. Please note that , we can’t exceed a difference of about 25-30 degrees above the outside temperature. • Enhanced Heating (85° to 90°F): If you’d like the pool warmer, we can heat it up to 90°F for an additional fee of $15 per day. • Premium Heating (90° to 95°F): For those who prefer a truly toasty swim, we can heat the pool up to 95°F for an additional $30 per day. Please Note: We ask that any requests for heating above the standard 85°F be made at least 24 hours in advance. It typically takes about a day to raise the pool temperature by about 10°F, so letting us know a couple of days before will ensure the pool is perfectly warm when you need it. All pricing is per day of the requested heating level, helping cover the additional energy costs. You will have a 3 bedroom house with private heated pool all to yourself. Gas BBQ grill is at the house ( gas at guests expense) 2 gated parking spots are available and 3 more up front on gravel. The garage is for maintenance only. No access for the guests. Sorry. We are proud Superhosts and customer service is key for us, but at the same time give guests space. We are available for our guests during business days & hours 9am to 5 pm and provide 24/7 support for emergencies. We love to be hosts but we also are human and kindly ask to understand that we need to sleep at night. So highly appreciate if you can wait with none emergency questions until business hours as we never turn the phones off in case there is an emergency.
