This spacious 3 bedroom sleeps 6, making it the ideal place to unwind in the heart of the Grove. You’re close enough to enjoy great shopping and nightlife at CocoWalk, Brickell or South Beach.<br /><br />NOTE:<br />The booking Guest must be age 25+ and stay at the property during rental period. No local residents, events, parties, photo shoots or large gatherings of any kind are allowed. Bachelor/bachelorette groups who adhere to the above guidelines are welcome.<br /><br />Visit the sights in Miami during the day and enjoy the comfort of our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with the capacity to sleep 6 guest in a clean non-smoking home close to the night life of the Grove. The house has been renovated and upgraded throughout. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom now has a day bed. You will be able to relax in the comfort of central air or ceiling fans during the summer and central heat (if necessary) during the winter.<br /><br />The house is fully furnished and the amenities include a washer and dryer, a full range, a large, refrigerator, microwave, WI-FI, 50" TV's and free off-street parking (driveway is in fenced in area).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Security cameras outside the property are active. Cancellation policy
