Explore the Design District, Downtown Miami, and the beautiful beaches all within a 10-15 minute drive.

WHAT MY GUESTS LOVE:
THE STUDIO - My studio is located in a restored six-unit building where you will enjoy classic features such as exposed wood beams, A fully equipped kitchen, designer furnishing, and a Queen Size bed perfect for up to (2) guests!
KITCHEN - Prepare your meals in our full kitchen
FREE PARKING - There is free parking available on-site for one car - (No trucks or Big Vehicle The parking can only accommodate a sedan or similar type of car)
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: BEST OF BOTH WORLDS- My building is just minutes from Wynwood, the Design District, the beaches, the airport, the port, Downtown etc. Enjoy being minutes from it all and retiring to your quiet and relaxing unit after a long day.

ROAD - Our property is close to the road and train tracks, sounds of vehicles or a train passing by may be unavoidable

LOCAL - Local guests or guests with a local number (starting with 786, 305, or 954) must contact the host before booking.
The person booking must be the one staying. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property
Other things to note
- I will be happy to assist you whenever you need us. Rest assured, we will take excellent care of you during your stay.
- We ask that guests be considerate of noise levels. At all times, loud music is prohibited, and quiet hours are strictly enforced.
- Daily housekeeping is not included. However, we are delighted to send towels and toiletries as needed.
- Please be aware that parties and the use of illegal substances are prohibited and will result in a $250 fine. We also require you to report any missing or damaged belongings within the first 24 hours of your stay.
- Tropical insects are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed and store food appropriately.
- There are security cameras in the exterior spaces of the building. WHAT MY GUESTS LOVE:
