The Cozy Nest is one block east of Biscayne Boulevard with coffee shops, restaurants, 24/hour CVS, and more. On Saturdays there is a great open air farmer's market from 9am to 2pm at Legion Park just a few blocks south. You can rent a car, call a cab, Uber or take the metro bus up and down the Boulevard to reach Downtown Miami, Bayside Park, Museum Park, PAMM, Frost Science, Midtown, Design District, Wynwood and the beaches in minutes. The Cozy Nest is ideal for one person (single). Additional guest (couple) would require an additional day rate of $15 when booking for "two guests." The Cozy Nest is independent of main house with private parking, private gated entry, private bath and independently controlled air-conditioning. The Cozy Nest comes with one private parking space and private gated entry to mini patio with staircase to room. Host is available via text. Historic Bayside is a quiet neighborhood located in the Upper Eastside MiMo District, east of Biscayne Boulevard. Top area local eateries within walking distance include Sunny Side cafe, Luna Pasta, Blue Collar, Uptown 66 Tacos, NiDo, Dogma, and so many more. Starbucks and Panther Café are just a few blocks south. Bayside and Legion Parks only 2/3 blocks, both on the Biscayne Bay, with vita course, jogging paths and free yoga at 10am and a fresh market with vendors on Saturdays. Close to popular Midtown Shops, Design District luxury boutiques, Wynwood galleries and clubs. Publix market, CVS and Whole Foods Market just a 5 minute drive. Chase Bank/24 hour ATM one block.
