Guests will have full access to our home and the backyard. There is a detached garage onsite that guests will not have access to. This is storage space.

This neighborhood is known as Historic Palm Grove. It's one of Miami's oldest neighborhoods and has a lot of homes registered with the Historic Society.
Historic Palm Grove runs parallel with Biscayne Blvd (US-1) from NE 78 Street to NE 54 Street and the are is lined with parks, nice restaurants, car washes, stores, gas stations and more.....2 of my favorite spots are a 2 minute walk away (Dogma and Pizza Tropicale)
Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8am to 3pm at Legion Park

5-10 minute walk to heart of MiMo and Ironside neighborhoods.

There is enough parking for at least one car in the driveway. Currently parking is not allowed in front of the house (park at own risk) but the adjacent blocks have plenty of free parking spaces.
**We have a neigborhood cat that frequents our backyard. He loves pets and scratches. We provide some cat treats if youd like to interact.
**Please note insects and iguanas are common in South Florida. Please ensure windows and doors stay shut.
