Master bedroom has private deck, with stunning view. Walk up the outdoor spiral staircase on deck to the widow's walk on top of the house to appreciate a 365 degree view of the intracoastal waterway!
Yard is beautifully landscaped with native plants and a comfortable hammock.
Prepare to see manatees, porpoises, herons, ibises, iguanas and more! Secluded beehive on the property in front of house. Lounge outside and watch the wildlife swim and fly by, as you enjoy your meals. Nap on the hammock by the water, under coconut trees.
My husband grooms the grounds weekly.
There is an attached apartment with separate entrance which is rented by quiet tenant.
Access to all parts of the house: backyard, widow's walk on top of house, shared laundry. Private parking at the house. Access to washer/dryer (shared with tenant in separate apt), wireless internet. There is a small, occupied apt. attached to the house.
Ray and I will be available to assist you throughout your stay. We live at our renowned farm, 1.5 miles from the waterfront home. Come by and visit!
Very quiet, hidden neighborhood, yet two blocks from major road that leads to beach, downtown, freeways. The house is 3 miles from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants.
There's a public bus a few blocks from the house that goes to South Beach. Other buses to downtown are about a half mile from the house.
