The cottage has a separate off-street parking space. The courtyard entrance is private through a separate gate and fully fenced. The private outdoor area for the cottage is also separated from the main house by landscaping and is a great place to privately enjoy the outdoors while you're relaxing at home.

Please enjoy the cozy outdoor space adjacent to the cottage. However, the main house is owner occupied, so please also be respectful of that side of the property and private rear yard area.
