15 minutes to South Beach. 10 minutes to the beach at North Shore Park, 15-20 minutes to Airport/Downtown/South Beach.
This cozy and comfortable place offers everything for a short or long term stay. Fully equipped kitchen, updated bathroom, clean linens and towels. Free street parking is always available and it is safe. Laundromat around the corner. Just a few steps to very good bars and restaurants (Magic City, Iron Wall).
The health and safety of our guests is our number 1 concern. We guarantee a mold free space and have added additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures between each guest, along with a 24 hour waiting period between check-outs and check-ins. We have plenty of soap, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towers etc.
Prospective guests are informed about important allergies concerns regarding animals in our home. For this reason we unfortunately don’t allow service dogs or animals in general inside the apartment.
Smoking inside or outside the apartment is not allowed. Guns are strictly forbidden.
