The space
Our home is comfortable & clean. We have high ceilings throughout. All our furniture and bedding is top notch quality. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and blackout curtains. There are 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen and dining room. In addition, our living room has a cloud couch, large screen smart TV and is located along side our fully screened-in enclosed patio which also has a large table and couch that are perfect for dining or lounging in mosquito free outdoors
Guest access
Guests will have full exclusive access to the entire main house. We have a double lot and also have a separate guesthouse on the property. If interested you may inquire about renting the guest house as well, which is a one bedroom plus full kitchen and full bath. The driveway, large enough for 4 vehicles, the patio, backyard with hammocks, are all shared between the main house and guest house

Updates: New air conditioning system installed Spring 2024. We also vaulted our enclosed patio ceiling to extra high exposed natural wood ceilings. It’s our new favorite place to relax mosquito free :) Our home is comfortable & clean. We have high ceilings throughout. All our furniture and bedding is top notch quality. If you make a left and head west, we are 1.5 blocks from Biscayne Blvd which is the main road to travel up and down the City of Miami. If you head north, the cross-street numbers and addresses are going to rise, if you head south, the cross-street numbers and addresses will lower. We are located on 80th St. One block south is 79th St which is a causeway to head towards Miami Beach.
