This is a quiet boutique apartment building with just 12 apartments. Most apartments are rented long term. All apartments have a minimum stay requirement of 30 days.
We have just updated our furniture in order to constantly offer our clients the best and most updated experience. The photos have only recently been taken and show these changes.
We offer 30 day minimum rentals.

Other things to note
1. We allow pets! $150 per pet per stay. Please notify us before the stay takes place to ensure that we can accommodate. Anyone found to have a pet that does not inform us (regardless of whether they are service pet or not) will automatically be charged $500.
2. No smoking is allowed under any circumstances. If the apartment smells of smoke a deep cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.
3. We do not personally get involved with mail delivery. When a client stays for 3 months or more we will provide one mail box key. (Please organize this with us before you have mail sent as you may have to send to another unit number). Guests that send mail who stay less than 3 months will need to deal with UPPS directly to get your mail from the mailbox.
Any arrangements for Fedex, UPS or any other mail provider will be the sole responsibility of the client.
4. The lobby front door keys are custom made for the building. (They are commercial grade) Any key that is lost during your stay or is not left on check out will receive a recutting fee of $200. There maybe a delay of 24 hours to receive a replacement. (You are always given two sets at check in). What you can expect:

A deposit of 10% of the rental amount is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
