We are on property in another unit so if any issues arise, such as losing keys & getting locked out, we are there to help.

Gatherings are accepted, but we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you are hosting others and how many there will be. It is a case by case basis.
Music is acceptable (no high volumes). You may also host more than your guest count in the backyard.
