We are very close to Downtown Miami's amazing local attractions including Bayfront Park, American Airlines Arena, Museum Park, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, Key Biscayne, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and much more. For your convenience, I recommend taking an Uber/Lyft if planning to visit Wynwood and Miami Beaches to avoid parking issues (prices range from $4-$10). Citi Bikes are also available throughout Downtown and Brickell ($6/hr). We are also located near Metrorail and Metromover Stations. Please note that the building does not accept/receive packages/mail for guests. For stays of 30 days or longer, the building requires a short-term rental lease and background check. This background check must be completed online at prior to your arrival. Please note: There is an additional $100 processing fee for this background check paid during application process per guest/tenant (married couples pay only one processing fee).
