The outdoor space is a Hangout Haven that offers artificial grass throughout with access to comfortable sitting, BBQ, outdoor games and picnic table. Patio is fully fenced in the front lawn and back, offering great privacy and Security. Cleaning and Basic Supplies: We offer our guests with a welcome Kit that includes some cleaning and essential supplies. These includes: Soap, body wash, Shampoo, Laundry and Dish detergent, Toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, trash bags, etc. These items are provided as a curtesy and for the convenience of our guest to get them situated into the house. Burner control knobs are in the OFF position 2. Gas tank is tightly closed 3. Grill is cleaned thoroughly after each use 4.
