Perfect for extended stays 30-60 days Wifi lock codes, clicker, and keys provided. When arriving the first time, you will have to use the walk through gate. A code will be provided to enter complex, and the APP to open the front door of unit. The clicker to open the parking gate is inside in the first drawer of the white desk just inside the front door. PLEASE BE SURE TO RETURN remote and keys to the same drawer when you leave. Pro-tip: When your stay is over, pull your car out of the parking lot first, then lock -up. So you can leave the gate remote control for the parking and keys inside. I may not be there physically - but I can take care of any issues, cleaning, extra linens, or other requests through my representatives. You will always have support. If you want to have some specialty items or snacks waiting for you when you arrive, we can coordinate to have your delivery brought inside, put in fridge or on the table. let me know in advance and I’ll confirm a time. Mature Tree lined streets with low traffic perfect for waking. lots of parking at the 41 acre Bayfront park, easy walks to near by dinning and attractions. coffee, cafe, pizza, sushi, casual dinning, shops salon all walking distance. 5 mins to fabulous Design District, upscale dining/ Hermes, Gucci/ Prada/Tom Ford/ LV/ too much to list- most IG-able walking district in any city i know. even the parking garages are photo worthy. no really. 7 mins to artsy Wynwood Arts District. Rooftop lounges, cafes, shopping, World famous Wynwood Walls, salty doughnuts yum! 15 mins to Brickell city center 15 Miami Beach (South Beach) there are two guard gates to enter the neighborhood. Pull up to the gate arm so they can read your license plate - and then they let you through the visitors side ;)
