IMPORTANT – Building Application Requirement This reservation is subject to condominium association approval, which is mandatory for check-in. All guests must submit: A fully completed application A copy of valid ID (passport for foreign guests; U.S. ID + Social Security number for U.S. citizens/residents – required for a soft background check) A non-refundable application fee of $150 per adult or married couple The building only accepts and processes applications Monday through Thursday, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Applications submitted outside of these days/hours will not begin processing until the next eligible window. ⚠️ Approval takes a minimum of 3 full business days from the time the application is submitted and accepted during processing hours. For example: If you submit on a Friday, processing will not begin until Monday, and approval will take at least until Thursday.
