Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1) A spacious and elegant retreat featuring a comfortable king bed, a TV, and stylish décor designed for relaxation and comfort. This inviting room offers the perfect space to unwind while enjoying a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Dining Room Designed to host large groups with ease, the dining area features a spacious table that brings everyone together for shared meals and meaningful conversations. Fully Equipped Kitchen Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals: • Coffee, sugar, vinegar, oil, and salt are provided to get you started. • Fully stocked with dinnerware including plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, and utensils. • Stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and direct access to the patio make cooking and entertaining effortless. Second Floor: Master Bedroom (Bedroom 2) Your luxurious retreat features a king bed, an elegant 55-inch OLED TV, and a spacious walk-in closet. We are dedicated hosts and always available to assist with anything you may need, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable stay in Miami. This is a 5-bedroom home. Please note that the garage is a restricted area and is not accessible to guests; all other areas of the property are fully available for your enjoyment and comfort. During your stay, you’ll have private access to the villa, thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation, comfort, and unforgettable moments for families and groups. From the spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable private bedrooms and inviting outdoor spaces, every part of the home has been carefully prepared to make your stay feel welcoming and enjoyable. Whether you’re lounging by the pool, sharing meals outdoors, or simply unwinding in the peaceful atmosphere, Villa Margarita offers the ideal place to feel at home while creating lasting memories with family and friends. CHECK-IN: From 4:00 p.m. onwards. You will receive basic instructions once your reservation is confirmed; additionally, we will send you a message containing the gate access code on the day of your arrival. You may check in at any time after 4:00 p.m.—and as late as you wish—as you will have a PIN code to access the property. Early check-in availability depends on whether the property has been cleaned sufficiently in advance. You may ask us the day before your arrival if an early check-in is possible, and we will confirm it for you. CHECK-OUT: By 11:00 a.m. or earlier. Self Check-out: You will receive full instructions the day before your departure. Following these instructions is mandatory. Unfortunately, a late check-out is NOT possible, as we need to prepare the property for the arrival of other guests. Please note that a $200 penalty may apply for late check-out. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: Depending on the duration of your stay, we will provide you with extra linens, towels, and toilet paper. PARKING: Ample free parking is available at the entrance to the property. You can verify this by viewing our exterior photographs. LAUNDRY: The private laundry area is located within the full bathroom on the first floor. BARBECUE: You are welcome to use the barbecue as much as you like; simply ensure that you turn off the gas valve and clean the grill once you have finished using it.
