Guest does not have access to garage. 🗑️ Trash: Please place all trash in provided bags and dispose of them in the outdoor bins located outside the home before checkout. If staying multiple days, we appreciate taking trash out to keep the space fresh. 🚗 Parking: Multiple parking spaces are available. Please park in the driveway or directly in front of the home without blocking neighbors, sidewalks, or mailboxes. ❄️ Climate Control: The home is equipped with central AC to keep you cool year-round. Feel free to adjust the thermostat to your comfort—please turn it off when doors/windows are open. 🏊 Pool: Enjoy the private pool during your stay. Please no glass near the pool area. For safety, do not leave children unattended and be sure to keep the area clean after use. 🔥 Backyard & Grill: Take advantage of the spacious backyard, firepit, and BBQ grill. Please clean the grill after use and ensure everything is turned off when finished. ⚠️ Please Note – House Rules No smoking inside the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed only if done responsibly, with proper disposal and no odor entering the home. Violations will result in a remediation fee. No pets unless approved in advance. No parties or events. We understand you may have a group—just ask first. This is a residential neighborhood and we must respect our neighbors. A Ring camera is installed at the front entrance for security. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1,000 fee. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund. Please do not move furniture.
