You will have space to park on site for 1 vehicle. Parking is shared with the House, make sure you park on the designated area as shown in the pictures. Have in mind we have another studio with guest access through the same exterior entrance, you might see another guest or our cleaning crew passing through but every studio has its own terrace. Please make yourself at home.☺️ We will send you the door code at your arrival day and we will be assisting you in anything you may need during your stay.🔓 This property is a Duplex, all the amenities on the pictures are totally private except the laundry that is shared with another unit and the parking that is already designated .⚠️ This is 100% Family business and we put all our efforts and hearts to make our guests experience, the best ever!😊 Residential Neighbourhood NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED! PARKING:🚗 You can park in front of the garage on parking #1 as shown in the pictures. (Right side of the house). CHECK-IN:🔓 You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the Studio is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT:🔒 Self check out: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. You must follow those instructions. There is NO Late Check-out as we need to get the Studio ready for the next guests. You can always ask the day before if it would be possible to leave later than 11:00AM, we try to be flexible with guests but everything depends if we are expecting new guests on the same day. LAUNDRY: 🧺 You can use the laundry at anytime, just have in mind is shared with another studio. Please don’t leave any clothes unattended since other guests might use the laundry amenities during their stay as well. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets, towels and toilet paper. Always let us know if you need anything else, we will go above and beyond to make you feel at home. GARBAGE 🚮 Miami-Dade picks up garbage every Tuesday and Friday. We've got three bins for your convenience – 2 green for regular trash, 1 blue for recycling. If you're around on collection days, please bring any used bins to the front of the driveway and kindly return them afterward. Don't worry if you forget – our cleaning team will handle it after your departure. LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE Every week our maintenance team will visit the house to make sure everything looks amazing for your stay. Landscaping team will be there every THURSDAY in the morning, so the garden looks as beautiful as in the pictures. PACKAGES (Amazon, UPS, USPS)📦 We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages delivered to the property.
